The Jazz Arts Foundation and the Lexington Public Library are proud to continue Season 14 of Jazz: Live at the Library!, a series of monthly concerts held at the Farish Theatre in the Central Library Branch, 140 East Main St. in downtown Lexington. We open our 15th season in two weeks with fan favorite Paladin, featuring JAF board member, James Poole III on trumpet. Threo is composed of three musicians who have played many times at the library for us; Keith McCutchen (keyboards), Tom Covello (bass guitar) and Dave McWhorter (drums). Joining Threo will be Kirby Davis playing saxophone. The sounds emitted from Keith’s keyboards range from a traditional acoustic piano to the modern sounds of electric keyboards and synthesizers that have infused jazz and pop music for the last four decades.
