Jazz Live at the Library – 200th Concert – Thursday, May 14, 2026 – Zach Brock Quartet – 7:00-8:15pm

It’s been a busy few weeks for our library concerts with two concerts in April, including our celebration of International Jazz Day. And now the second Thursday of May is fast approaching and another special concert. The Jazz Arts Foundation and the Lexington Public Library continue Season 17 of Jazz: Live at the Library!, their series of monthly concerts held at the Farish Theatre in the Central Library Branch, 140 East Main St. in downtown Lexington. For our 200th concert, we are proud to present the Zach Brock Quartet. A Lexington native and grammy-award winning violinist, Zach is making his debut appearance on our series and brings some of the finest regional players with him to perform an Evening of Be-Bop. Coming from the Cincinnati area, Brandon Coleman on guitar, Matt Wiles on bass and from Lexington, Paul Deatherage on drums. These monthly concerts are sponsored by Jamey Aebersold Jazz (www.jazzbooks.com) and the Jazz Arts Foundation, Inc. www.jazzartsfoundation.org.
