Jazz Live at the Library – Thursday, November 12, 2026 – Jamey Aebersold Quartet – 7:00-8:15pm

November is approaching and that means we get to welcome back to the library stage our good friend and sponsor of Jazz Live at the Library, National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Jazz Master, Jamey Aebersold. The Jazz Arts Foundation and the Lexington Public Library are proud to continue Season 17 of “Jazz: Live at the Library!”, their series of monthly concerts held at the Farish Theatre in the Central Library Branch, 140 East Main St. in downtown Lexington. Show #206 features Jamey and his quartet. Jamey will be playing saxophone and joined by Tyrone Wheeler on bass, Lexington’s own Jonathan Higgins on drums and Wade Honey on piano.

These monthly concerts are sponsored by Jamey Aebersold Jazz (www.jazzbooks.com) and the Jazz Arts Foundation, Inc. www.jazzartsfoundation.org.
