Special International Jazz Day Concert – Tuesday, April 30, 2024 – The Bruce Lewis Trio – 7:00-8:15pm

In conjunction with International Jazz Day (IJD) festivities. we have planned an additional special concert on April 30 to celebrate International Jazz Day. April is Jazz Appreciation Month (JAM) with April 30 set aside as a worldwide day of celebration. Organizations from all over the world will be holding events on this day. Our concert, presented/sponsored by The Jazz Arts Foundation and hosted by the Lexington Public Library, will be held at the Farish Theatre in the Central Library Branch, 140 East Main St. in downtown Lexington. It’s mid-September, which means there are only two more Jazz on the Porch at Talon Winery concerts left for the 2023 season. Concert 5 will take place on September 24 at 3:00. We welcome back our good friend and multi-instrument musician, David Hall.
